Chocolate Eclair Dessert

We have been going to Mount Pleasant Baptist Church now for almost 9 years and for almost 9 years I have been enjoying a wonderful dessert by the name of chocolate eclair.  I have never attempted to make one until this past week thinking it would be so hard.  Well, it is NOT hard.  In fact it is one of the easiest desserts I have ever made.

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

Graham crackers
2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
1 (8 ounce) container whipped cream
1 (16 ounce) chocolate frosting

Line the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan with graham crackers.  In a large bowl, combine pudding mix and milk.  Stir well.  Stir in whipped topping to pudding mixture.  Spread half of mixture of graham crackers layer.  Top with another layer of graham crackers and the remaining pudding.  Top all with a final layer of graham crackers and frost with chocolate frosting.  Refrigerate until serving.  Need to make this the day.
